Ancient Temple of Goddess Vindhyavasini is situated at `Rawtale Area` in the heart of Chiplun, In addition to beautifully carved Idol of ASHTABHUJA VINDHYAVASINI, Shanmukhi (Six Faced) KARTIKEYA IDOL mounting on Peacock is also seen in the Sanctum of the temple.

Vasota Fort and to it`s north Nageshwar Caves are other attractions. Sawatsada Waterfall 3 km, is a popular monsoon destination.
