Third Ganesh of Ashtavinayaka, Lord Siddhivinayaka temple is located on the bank of river Bhima & surrounded by forest. The Ganesh Idol  with right side trunk was installed by God Vishnu when he did penance here at Siddhi Shetra and got Siddhi from Lord Ganesh. 

Sage Moraya Gosavi (Chinchwad) and Sage Narayan Maharaj ( Kodgaon) were blessed by Lord Siddhivinayaka here. Peshwa general Shri Haripant Phadke did penance continuously for 21 days and got his post back.

After hard penance with chanting of OAM Mantra, God Brahma got the power to create the “Srushti” and got two daughters (Siddhi & Buddhi). He requested Lord Ganesha to accept his daughters as wives.

By Road: Off the Pune-Solapur Highway. Srigonda48; Daund19.Pune Via  Chaufula Daund 78. Daud-Shirapur-Bhima river (cross the river by a boat). Private buses, cars are allowed to go till the bank of river. Alternatively from Daud-Kasti-Padgaon  Siddhatek. Regular ST buses from Shivaji Nagar(Pune) to Siddhatek.

By Rail: Boribyal Station on the Pune-Solapur line. 11 kms across the river Bhima, regular ST buses from the railway station. or can take a bus  from Daund Station
